Ok now lets accept this no superheroe of marvel or dc is stronger than even Nappa. I mean, Nappa is probably close to being powerful enough to destroy a planet. Can any marvel/dc superhero do that? No way.

Also, if Cell can destroy the solar system with his Solar Kamehameha, Gogeta SSJ4 can obviously destroy a galaxy. So, he is fiction's most powerful character.
