Please do not insult other users on the site, even if you feel they are doing so to you. Instead, simply let me or another admin know and we will mediate the situation as needed. Remember that if both users are harassing/insulting each other, they both get in trouble. Thank you.

On a side note, it's a bit worrying that you might feel like I might be abusing power in some way. I saw your comments "Not like 10x is going to ban almost everyone on the wiki. even though he should to show how powerful he is." and "@msbulma I dont know what your talking about When your in charge there is no such thing as power abuse." Thanks for the kind response. You don't really have to apologize for being a nuisance of any kind, as you're a relatively new user and you're not expected to know everything of course. It's okay to joke around, I just tend to pay attention to things like what you said since my whole role here is making it a nice place for everyone, and if people felt I was abusing power I would try and change whatever I was doing.
