The user you were talking about is indeed speculating, but you should not edit war. As a rule, the 3rd time they make the same edit that you disagree with, ask them about it on their talk page. If it is not vandalism, which this was not (except the last couple times), then ask the user to discuss the issue on the article's talk page. I guess. But Perfect Cell is his complete form. Imperfect Cell, I guess, would kinda be the prototype form. The unfinished form. Also, Kid Buu only appeared near the end; only after Majin Buu was removed from Super Buu.
