4 things

I'm asking all admins the first 3

1. In the past before I took a leave of abscence for personal reasons I deleted content of troll pages and possibly some others so it became a habit of mine and didn't know it was against the rules to remove content from irrevelant pages. I should mention others did it as well but can't remember who.

2. I occasionally log in to my old account to get access to my old blogs. This time because a user forgot I changed accounts which and left a message which I removed causing me to be active on it today. Along with that I blanked my profile and moved it to my new one and as mentioned previously blanked my talk page. Would that be sockpuppeting? I'm just wondering because I only edited my profile and talk page(and in one case another user's to make them think I left so thy wouldn't edit it and also posed as a new user so the community wouldn't know so they wouldn't think my new account was a sockpuppet. Is all this ok?

3. Can you/can it be made so no one can edit my talk page? The User Who Has Long Since Forgotten His Name (talk) 19:17, December 8, 2012 (UTC)

I had my wife draw out the Zarbon, The Demon Within (which is my idea in pictorial format); I'm having her do most of the art for me generally, primarily due to the fact that she's more of the artist and I'm more of a music-lover; technically, I am a music writer. It's very difficult for me to locate a good production company however as it's my primary joy. I may or may not be able to draw a Dodoria's hands one in the future, depending on whether I can get a scanner as i do not have one currently and my previous one broke. Unless, i do it on photoshop, which I'm not fond of using. Yes, I prefer traditional art to digital art. Also, i did draw out scenes from Sopranos, Oz, and The Shield (my three favorite live-action series) and centralized around the death scenes of the best supporting characters throughout the series [the best deaths]. I will probably be working on other characters here for the most recent updates in terms of the collectibles articles as I want to have a complete encyclopedic resource here for collectors and character lovers in general. - PrinceZarbon talk contrib 03:00, December 13, 2012 (UTC)

Collectibles Questions

First of all love the series you're adding on them I'm curious where you're getting all the info and and if you plan on doing every character. I have info on some but that's just because I own them. I do feel that some that only have one like in Ninja Murasaki and Yamu's cases should be combined with the article. For example Goten and Trunks in the Mighty Mask was part of the Irwin Toys minature lineup. Lastly links are missing at the bottom of some pages like the one you made for Eis Shenron. I'm not going to be fusing any of the articles because it makes it easier for people to locate them by their title. When it comes to the case of Ninja Murasaki, he actually has many more pieces than just one. When it comes to the hero articles, I won't be doing any of them until I have completed all the villain ones. Eis Shenron seems to be the only one I hadn't linked to, likely because I had forgotten, but that's done now. Thanks and keep checking as I'll be updating more characters in the near future. About the info itself, I'm getting it from official release dates and actual technical details, such as the lineup and series numeric by company release. Frieza, Cooler, and King Cold and Nappa and Raditz. I know Cell Jr. has a miniature but not sure on anyone else. Babii and rest of the movie villains I'd also like to see. I knw Hiurdegarn has a minature but I don't own it. Commander Red, Colonel Silver and Staff Officer Black are last but take your time. Did you make Tao yet because I can't find him.  Oh here is a photo of a pinball game with Frieza.

I won't be doing Frieza anytime soon because that article is likely going to be the absolute longest out of all the villain collectible ones... if it isn't the longest out of all basic articles on this wiki all by itself. I will definitely be making Tao, Red, and Black very soon. I don't think there is anything for Silver at all (at least I haven't been able to find anything). I will likely do Hirudegarn and King Cold after the aforementioned, followed up by Baby. Nappa and Raditz are also going to take quite some time to bring together, so I might do them last, but I'd finish them before I even undertake the very difficult task of making a Frieza article. Re: Deceased category

I also don't see why having such a category would go against an in-universe PoV. Although, in a series like Dragon Ball, it might be less ambiguous to have a category like "Characters last known to be dead" (name could use some work, but you get the idea). --  talk contr 23:12, December 22, 2012 (UTC)

Deceased is the best bet because it distinguishes characters last known to be dead as such. If a character isn't deceased, then the category doesn't serve a purpose to be on their article. One could argue saying that there isn't a category for living, so why for the dead; but that in and of itself is erroneous in argument because there would be no way to decipher one from the other if there was no line to distinguish the differential; those who are deceased should be noted as such. No matter how many times a villain escapes from hell, if he is sent back in the end of the series, then he should be noted as "deceased." This is by far the biggest problem I have found with both the Wookiepedia (Star Wars wikia) and the Farscape wikia, just to name a few, which neither has yet allowed the inclusion of this very important category. It is irrelevant if we look at what-if scenarios or the in-game universe, but I'm going to go ahead and add the deceased category to the characters who pertain to it as such based on the manga and anime canon. - PrinceZarbon talk contrib 01:26, December 23, 2012 (UTC)

Actually, I've collected the data from my years of research on online auctions. These are likely the best resources for all kinds of merchandise. The best one is definitely ebay in my personal opinion. And on behalf of my own collection, I only have almost all the merchandise pertaining to Zarbon, Dodoria, and Cui as they are my three favorites overall in the DB universe. My most valued is the Unifive Banpresto Sofvi Zarbon standing at 6 inches, released in 2004 as its the best at the basic figure scale. Babidi and Dabura Question

Since you usually give the best answer I'm asking you if it should be added on Babidi's page that he was the last canon villain to die and go to Hell and Dabura the last canon villain to die and go to Other World? GT villains are non canon and we don't the fate of any bessides Myuu or Rildo.

I'm not sure if being canon or not plays a role really in the situation of life and death, but I'm currently in the process of trying to figure out a better name for the category to portray deceased characters throughout the series without sounding too ambiguous. Lyrics

Hello!! Have you see Wings of the Heart page? In section "Lyrics". I have done this. Do you like? If you like this, I can do the same in the other openings and endings. This it easy for me, because in almost of songs in Dragon Ball catalan wiki I have done this (I'm a sysop in this catalan wiki). If you go there, in the home page, clic in tab "Música" in "Navega per Bola de Drac Wiki!". In there, you can see all openings and endings and, if you clic in one, you can see the same that I did here and the same in catalan language.

If you are agree I can do the same in the other songs here.

(sorry for my english, this language it's very difficult for me, not was my favourite subject in high school...)

I know this forum is going to carry on a bit while. 10X I have a better idea is that instead of you being demoted how about Kotsu be the new admin but you're not demoted. Seaterror had 5 edits prior to that forum. I am fine with adding more admins, but that is a separate discussion than the forum you made. Generally we add admins when there is too much work in the articles to handle for the current ones. What in particular do you feel that another admin would add to the site? The biggest problem that people complain about is harassment in chat, and chat mods like Kotsu have complete power over the entirety of chat matters. 10X, I am rarely in disagreement with you about the workings of this wikia; Anyone who feels we need more admins is not in their right mind; what we really need is to restrict such behavior on the chat itself. Personally, the chat is the least area of my expertise and perhaps, the least in dealing with the actual work we are doing here. It is also the most useless in terms of maintaining an encyclopedic resource and definitely not the determining factor of what makes a good admin. Worst case scenario, we can add some more chat mods... but that's only if the idiocy and spam is kept to a minimum; it is unavoidable. There will always be spam. It is our duty to try our best to keep it to a minimum. I feel, personally, that these addendum areas have actually negated from the powerhouse that is our wikia; chats do not determine a good resource, they are merely a fun factor for members; our great grandeur as a resource has always been our ability to work coherently alongside each other. So don't worry mate. I'm on your side with this; as a matter of fact, I admit that most of the complaints and useless gibberish has been a result of the chat this entire past year; this one cursed at that one and that one spammed that one, it's seriously childish behavior. More than half the complaints coming about chat are all secondary compared to our primary focus here on the wikia: Maintaining an encyclopedic resource. Two Issues

Do you think you could use something like this? http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Template:Rename

It seems like http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/File:DBZ_-_217_-(by_dbzf.ten.lt)_20120227-20272756.jpg could use it since it should be something Like Babidi.jpg to make it a better file name.

I don't think renaming files is a very imperative and important issue. Did you bring this up to my comrades? I am currently occupied with other projects on the wikia; primarily the further addition of completed Collectibles articles and Background Music articles. This is my current work criteria. Citation of certain instances can wait when we are at a major lack of other imperative material on the wikia in and of itself. We have a group called the "Citation Crops" that is tasked with adding citations to articles. For specific things that you are doubtful of, you can use the citation needed template. Try not to overuse it to the point that it clutters the articles though. As you know, I greatly prefer the Japanese soundtrack in its composition to the English, (I only really like Scott Morgan's work with Faulconer productions) so I will work on those articles when I have completed the Japanese soundtrack. Yes, I have heard all those tracks. Also, when I refer to the Japanese tracks, I am referring to the Shunsuke Kikuchi originals, as those are the ones I love. My favorite English version tracks are Pikkon's Theme and Electronic Circus (19's theme). Voice actors

Hey! My friend Piece Enrik and me will put the catalan voice actors in a lot of pages. We have seen that the Voice actors link is only in English dub. If we put the link for Bola de Drac Wiki in catalan voice actors would be any problem? For example, "Joan Sanz" is the catalan voice actor for Vegeta. In the catalan wiki exists the page Joan Sanz. The idea is to make a link in the part of Vegeta's voice actors to the actor voice page.

We can't link to the other wikis but the best you can do is reference how the name would be in the catalan. Soul Strike

I'm here because of a very strange mistake. On the Continuous Energy Bullets page, Gogeta's energy barrage is listed as Soul Strike. In Infinite World and Budokai 3, Soul Strike is the combination of kicks Gogeta used before killing Janemba. Can this be fixed?

"You lose, Frieza" isn't much of a quote; it's more of a random quip that a few hundred characters have said to each other, like "You lose, ____" fill in the blank. I tend to actually insert things that have meaning or some form of moral intention, irony, or anything that designates a meaningful line. If you look through the history and archives of quotations, you'd find that almost all of them have some form of meaning. The nearest one that hasn't had any is "Me Buu, Kill you,"and that's because it's likely one of kid buu's only quips; still having some form of more meaning. We try to delete as many images that aren't in current usage on articles. When it comes to the addition of these articles, when I get to characters like Frieza, Cell, Buu, etc. [the articles will be huge] I will re-add any information; no probs there. But this project is something I've undertaken and it would only confuse me to have input prior to my insertion of the articles; pretty much make things harder for me. I've done fairly well up until this point. I see you removed my deletion tag from this picture, and possibly moar, saying in-use pictures shouldn't be deleted. However, under the 'File Usage' section, it says "There are no pages that link to this photo." Due to the fact that I uploaded the image, it's difficult for me to keep track of images I've uploaded if they are deleted systematically. This is why I'd prefer if none of the images are replaced. It would make things easier if other images that are similar in context are uploaded so as not to cause conflict with pre-existing ones. In the future, I'd appreciate if you can check to see if the image was uploaded by an admin before tagging it because more than most of the time, the images are being used on articles. In this case, it's an exception, but a lot of the time, images previously used on articles are best kept on the wikia and not tampered with; especially if they are my uploads because they are almost always in use. I get the images from everywhere (not just ebay). Some images are from numerous dragon ball sites. The difference is that everywhere else, they are listed in a very annoying method (by series sets) and this is harder for collectors to obtain all the items in relation to a specific character; this is now the only resource that will allow collectors and information seekers to find items by character rather than series sets. Refresh My Memory

I just wanted a quick refresher on the subject of certain information. For example, the page Future Gohan. Within his infobox, it states he was revived and then links to a video-game. Now, if I recall our MoS states that all manga/anime sources are without question the undisputed source that our data comes from, followed by guidebooks etc. However, why is it that within the infobox it states he was revived, when in the manga/anime this is not true. I feel as if this will only confuse readers, and his article is not the only place I see this. Shouldn't this video-game only revival concept be left in their perspective sections within the article and in the trivia? If there is too much confusion on this, I feel we will need to overall revamp the MoS and make all our editors familiar with is.

Re: Backstories from guide books

Those are official info about the character's backstory, they belong to the main article according the MoS. It is the move to the trivia sections that should have been discussed first. Info are added to trivia only if they do not belong to any section in the main article. Those moves you made had to be discussed before being made. I request you revert the pages to what they were before the edit war and discuss the changes you want to make on the talk pages. Those are the rules of the wiki. Apply them, it's also what was stated on User:10X Kamehameha's talk page and the other users also agree that those info have to be restored to the character's bio (see 10X Kamehameha's talk page). 10XKamehameha is my very loyal comrade when it comes to the formatting and the MoS, so before you go completely full throttle with the "it is the move to the trivia sections that should have been discussed first" bit, remember that the articles were never originally constructed in that method when they were initially set up. So in the last year or so, I found many things very distasteful on the articles themselves in terms of the non-canon material finding its way in the primary bio sections. You can try all you want with pushing the Daizen and video game material as canon to the formatting and MoS, and if need be, I will bring this forward to 10X so it is properly adjusted on the MoS, so that we won't have this problem anymore. Frankly, I am baffled that anyone would even try to push non-anime and non-manga material into the primary focus of each article when it is nothing but trivia. - PrinceZarbon talk contrib 01:10, April 25, 2013 (UTC)

1. Are tour missing parts supposed part of the characters collectible pages or for a personal hobby? Just wondering.

2. This user's profile art as I'll put it that he has on both sides is starting to obscure the wiki. Do I take it up with him on fixing it or is that an admin's job. It happened before but I don't remember as I just returned from a 1 year leave of absence.

I'll try my best with this...

1. The missing parts are those I need for my personal collection. I need help from wikians to locate them for my collection.

2. You need to let that user know himself because we can't alter user pages unless they provoke vandalism or have crude language, or some form of extreme/nude images.

3. The collectibles articles are fine. I'm well around 120 articles for separate characters.

4. Comments should still show up as they are to be deleted separately if at all. They aren't going to disappear as they have no attachment to your account via member settings.
