World Tournament Chairman (武道寺館長, Budōdera Kanchō) is the gray, scrappy-looking, anthropomorphic dog who appears in Dragon Ball before the finals of the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament.

Biography

The Tournament Chairman is said to have an important announcement to make and is handed the microphone by the World Tournament Announcer before the final matches of the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament start. However, he simply says "Woof". It is assumed that he keeps his duty as the Chairman, but is never seen in the series again after the 21st World Tournament. His actual name is never revealed and he is only referred to as the "Tournament Chairman".
